I am sure you were nervously waiting to see if this would happen and finally a new extension of the visa amnesty has been approved and it has been extended until September 26th.

So this means if you have not been on overstay and were legally here from the first start of the amnesty you are still fine and do not have to visit immigration but should sort out any possible extensions or plan to leave before September 26th.

This also included 90-day reports so those won’t be necessary until Septemeber 26th as well.
