With mostly positive news in the country with single-digit new COVID-19 cases per day in the last several weeks The National Security Council is set to meet on Wednesday to discuss further relaxations of the lockdown restrictions or the so-called third phase of lockdown easing.
This will include a discussion on further easing of the curfew hours which are now from 11 pm to 4 am and reducing it to only 4 hours from midnight to 4 am.
Other topics will be which businesses will be able to open in the third phase as there is a concern of increased risk as the businesses which are in discussion face a higher risk than others and also there was a mention of the rainy season starting in Thailand as one of the risk factors which is unclear to me personally how it would affect the spread of the virus but apparently there is some consideration about this.
